Returns & Exchanges

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, email us at returns@sinnerandsaint.co.

For a fast response please include:

  1. Order number
  2. Item you would like to return
  3. Reason for returning
  4. If you would prefer a refund, exchange or store credit

 

Please note the following:

Refunds

  • You have 14 calendar days from the date received to return an item for a full refund
  • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in the same condition you received it in (no signs of makeup or other cosmetic damage)
  • All returns must be in their original packaging
  • You will be notified once we receive your return
  • The status of your refund will be determined upon inspection of the returned item
  • If your return is approved, you will receive a refund in your original method of payment
  • The credit will be refunded within the timeframe as per your card issuers policy 

 

Exchanges

  • You have 14 calendar days from the date received to exchange an item
  • To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in the same condition you received it in (no signs of makeup or other cosmetic damage)
  • All returns must be in their original packaging
  • You will be notified once we receive your return
  • The status of your exchange will be determined upon inspection of the returned item
  • If your exchange is approved, your return will be replaced with another item of your choice
  • If you make an exchange for a different item (an item that is not the original order in another size or colour) you will be issued an electronic gift card at a value equivalent to your exchanged product
  • If the item you would like to exchange for is not available, you will be issued an electronic gift card for the dollar amount of your exchanged product
  • If you choose to make an exchange, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer as is the shipping of the new product back to the buyer
  • If the exchanged item is of lower dollar value than the returned item, the buyer will receive a store credit for the remaining amount
  • If the exchanged item is of greater dollar value than the returned item, the buyer must pay the difference with any of our accepted payment methods

 

Shipping

  • Mail all returns to the following address: 6109-530 Adelaide St. W, Toronto Ontario Canada M5V1T5
  • Costs associated with returns are solely the buyers responsibility
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • If you choose to make an exchange, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, as is the shipping of the new product back to the buyer
  • If you are shipping an item over $75 USD, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return

 

Damaged items

  • All merchandise is thoroughly inspected prior to shipping
  • We do not assume responsibility for damage on items after being worn
  • Refer to the sizing chart to ensure you have the right size of items

 

Final Sale

  • All gift cards, sale items, swimwear and undergarments are final sale
